Something bold launched in Cannes. Last week, we joined five other women-led social businesses for the launch of #ReckittCatalyst — a bold, global initiative to support underrepresented entrepreneurs driving innovation in health and hygiene. Led by Reckitt and launched with Serena Williams as Entrepreneur in Residence, Catalyst is a five-year, £10M commitment to scale 200+ startups across Africa, Asia, and Latin America — improving access for over 5 million people. We’ve been lucky to partner with Reckitt since last year through their #Lead2030 initiative — and we’re incredibly excited to now join the Catalyst community. This kind of partnership — grounded in trust, visibility, and shared values — helps us go further, and build faster. To every entrepreneur working to improve health access where it’s needed most: this platform was made for you, too. 🔗 Apply here: https://lnkd.in/eCttaz4m Huge thanks to Reckitt, Yunus Social Innovation, Acumen America, Health Innovation Exchange - HIEx, and everyone working to make access equitable, dignified, and scalable. #SocialEnterprise #Health #WaterAccess
I’ve always believed in the power of vision and determination in making a positive impact. Throughout my career, I’ve seen what happens when you combine talent with opportunity— and how transformative that can be. But here’s what I’ve learned: having an idea is just the first step. The real work happens when you have the right support, mentorship and resources to bring that vision into reality. That’s why I’m proud to join Reckitt as its first-ever entrepreneur-in-residence. Together, through the Catalyst program, we’ll mentor 200 female and underrepresented founders, providing up to £10m in funding and skills-based support to help their innovations scale and close gaps worldwide. I am pleased to work with Reckitt who has funded and scaled 60 promising entrepreneurs, tackling health and hygiene challenges in 13 countries around the world, partnering with the world’s foremost impact investors to manage, scale and measure the entrepreneurs' impact in society. We need opportunities for entrepreneurs to thrive, especially women in health innovation. When given the right resources, they drive economic growth, create jobs and deliver social impact that changes lives in health and wellness. This isn’t just a title—it’s about real action. Real impact. Real change.
